I understand the demands of life while training and competing, and design triathlon plans and individual sport plans to fit these challenges. Through the 20+ years I have competed in triathlons, running and cycling events, I've had some amazing seasons and have also experienced the lows that come after a long and hard race. I've learned how to work through the challenges of balancing a career, life, and competing at my best, and I can help you do the same.

Training Plans: (10% discount to teachers, firefighters, first responders, and military)
Premium Custom Coaching Plan: $250/ month + tax
This is for the athlete dedicated to take it up a notch and seeks maximum guidance! For this plan, we will have a thorough interview to discuss goals, strengths, weaknesses, limiters, schedules, outcomes, everything triathlon! I will create a custom plan based on your specific races throughout the season and your ultimate season goal. In addition, weekly emails with specific upcoming workouts and feedback will be provided. This plan also includes unlimited communication via email, phone, and text message, twice a month individual sessions, as well as modifications to the plan as needed.
Custom Coaching Plan or Sport Specific Plan: $200/ month +tax
This is for the triathlete seeking a customized race plan and consistent feedback, or the athlete that wishes to focus on one sport, improve on a weakness, or just spend additional time in a certain discipline. For this plan, we will discuss goals and desired outcomes. I will create a custom training plan based on your specific races throughout the season and your ultimate season goal. In addition, weekly emails with specific upcoming workouts and feedback will be provided. This plan also includes unlimited communication via email, phone, and text message, as well as modifications to the plan as needed.
Private Lessons: $70/ hour
One hour of my undivided attention in any discipline. This might include meeting with you at the pool or track to take you through drills or a workout in person. It could include filming and analysis of swimming strokes. It could also be spending an hour practicing transitions and techniques, or even discussing nutrition or fueling for an Ironman.
